The Est Locanda – Historical Exchange B&B, in the historic center (old town) of San Ginesio, is set in the medieval walls and overlooks the natural spectacle of the Sibillini Mountains and the surrounding hills.
Staying in this structure offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the peace and beauty of the village, which has always been characterized by the high quality of life, air and relationships.
Inside, the wooden beams, the wrought iron productions of the local handicrafts and the stone elements hand down the history of a building dating back to medieval times, while the elements with essential lines and the services offered actualize the environment and guarantee the maximum comfort.
The Est Locanda adapts to the different needs of guests (up to 6 people), with a 70sqm apartment / suite with kitchen, dining area, bathroom, double bedroom, twin bedroom and small living room, all dominated by an extraordinary panorama . The Est Locanda has an exclusive stone garden, a hortus conclusus, which can be accessed by going through a loggia with vaulted ceiling.

The Est Locanda is rented in its entirety, regardless of the number of guests, so as to ensure maximum privacy and tranquility both in the apartment and in the garden

THE APARTMENT

The Est Locanda is a comfortable and bright apartment designed for relaxing stays. It offers all the essential services to satisfy guests’ needs, from the fully equipped kitchen to the dining area with table for six to the bathroom with large shower area.

ROOMS

The Est Locanda has two rooms. The Sibillini Suite is a room of 32 square meters very bright and comfortable, equipped with a small open gallery with a breathtaking view of the mountains, that from living room-study can turn into a further small room thanks to the double sofa bed. The Garden Room, on the other hand, is equipped with two single beds that can be transformed, if necessary, into a double bed.

THE GARDEN

The stone garden, a hortus conclusus, which can be accessed through a loggia with vaulted ceiling, is a small exclusive and reserved corner. It is equipped with a barbecue, deckchairs, a large table for eight/ten people and a parasol.
Shaded and ventilated space, it is the right completion of a stay of total relax and tranquility dedicated to wellness.
